Let’s go ahead and get the apologies out of the way. Why you ask? This site is mostly an outlet to share a few photos and allow my inner geek stretch it’s legs but after the floods in Texas this weekend it’s become painfully obvious that some have chosen to make it political, even before the search and rescue efforts have subsided.
The social media posts from keyboard commandos safe in their pajamas in a place of safety and comfort seem to be mostly uninformed and of the low info variety, and it seems to be directed at the current administrations inability to control the weather.
Here are a couple of links that are very informative and should put to rest a lot of the BS being spread by the low IQ individuals.

And one more for good measure.
As most of the normal folks from Texas know, there is no controlling the weather but some think if you waste enough money by way of taxes or limiting freedom it can be controlled. To that, all I can say is, “Welcome to Texas, just don’t forget to go back home.”
