Some years back while working on a project in Council Bluffs IA, yours truly had a rare Sunday off and that morning decided it was time to explore a little, and make a few captures.

Several of us had crossed this bridge a few times to go to Stella’s Bar & Grill in Bellevue for their hamburgers. But this morning was not for eating, but for a few captures.

Luckily not many folks were out and about on this cold Sunday morning and that worked out just the way it should have.
